Nuking Iran: The Republican Agenda?

Posted on Jun 8th, 2007 by J.K. : Double 3 J.K.

"At the Republican debate last night, almost all the candidates said that they would not rule out a nuclear attack on Iran as a means to prevent it from getting its own nuclear weapons. Is Bush Drinking Again

AMERICAblog has the story and even more photos.   The question raised seems to be whether recovering alcoholics can drink near-beer.    As a recovering alcohlic myself  (five years sober)  I can tell you that it isn't  about whether an alcoholic will lose control after consuming trace amounts of alcohol.  That's simply myth.   It's what it's tells us about his mental state and the risks he's willing to take with his recovery. -  Can anyone say slippery slope?  For an alcoholic in recovery there could probably be none greater.

Before beginning the drive (12 hours), Mitt Romney put Seamus, the family's hulking Irish setter, in a dog carrier and attached it to the station wagon's roof rack. He'd built a windshield for the carrier, to make the ride more comfortable for the dog.
